JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Japanese ( N1- N2 Level)
No JLPT certificate needed.
Business to a fluent level in Japanese language.
Open to bachelors degree in any field.
Open to Customer Service Manager work experience.
With technical skills in Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze customer data, usage patterns, and feedback to identify trends and guide strategy.
Knowledgeable in using digital communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings and client interactions.
Ability to coach team members and review the work of other professionals.
Ability to learn new industries and product offerings quickly, with comfort using AI tools.
With prior SAP knowledge, specifically with EHS modules.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide customers through product setup and usage to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
Address customer problems promptly and escalate them to the right team when needed.
Gather and analyze client feedback to suggest product improvements and feature upgrades.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation for quality assurance.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer insights and align strategies.
