Position: Japanese CAD Operator (Open to Fresh Graduate)

Requirements:
Filipinos who speak Japanese up to N1 to N2 Level.
Open to Fresh graduate applicants
No gender preferences
can speak and understand Japanese and English.
Knowledge in CAD software or architecture is a plus
Preferably with working experiences
Open to bachelors degree / college Level
Willing to undergo paid training for several months, hoping that candidate could stay longer in our company
Dedicated to work onsite in Makati
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Filipino employees based on Japanese request
Collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects and Project Managers.
Create housing permit documents in Japanese and process while coordinating with both Filipino staff and Japanese staff from the Japan office
Effectively communicate between the Japanese counterparts and other related parties.
Able to read architectural drawings in Japanese and how to use Japanese CAD software.
Check accurate records for architectural documentations.
Supports the Japanese and English communication across teams
