JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Any Related Course
✨ At least 3 years of experience in accounting, including managerial experience
✨ Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
✨ Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems and MS Excel is an advantage
✨ Knowledgeable in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Review purchase invoice vouchers and supplier check vouchers prior to approval
✨ Ensure all monthly purchases and sales are properly recorded in the system
✨ Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funding in bank accounts
✨ Reconcile inventory reports between production and accounting records
✨ Prepare monthly financial statements, including trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement
✨ Prepare schedules, documents, and adjusted trial balances for audit review
