JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 9 years of experience in Employee Relation & Discipline.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in manpower supervision/handling.
Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
Willing to work on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing daily operations of Employee Relation & Discipline.
Monitoring the workflow performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Handling the initial and moderate employee relations cases and resolve the complex issues.
Assisting internal and external audits through preparation of required documents and evidence.
Guiding Supervisors and Staffs in executing HR procedures and standards.
Ensuring the process consistency of the Employee programs.
