Requirements of the job:
Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Thai language
Thai national with permanent visa
With Airline experience is an advantage
With 1 year experience in BPO
Can speak English as well
Willing to undergo training about travel terms
High school or college graduates
Willing to do customer service to airline customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help customers in their concerns via call, chat or email
Check the social media inquiries about flight, bookings and luggage concerns
Answer inquiries of airline customers about flight reschedule and re-bookings
Assist customer in re-booking the flight to another date
Provide frequent flyers their mile points or rewards to redeem
Convert miles to free flight and other benefits inside the aircraft
Answer passengers about their cancellation inquiries, Rates, Reschedule and more
