Requirements of the job:
Filipino National that is fluent in Korean Language.
Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines
Must have a Bachelor’s degree
2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
TOPIK II certification is required, as the role involves communication with Korean stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the job:
Accommodate and evaluate the concern or issue raised by an individual.
Translate the document to English and Korean or in vice versa
Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
Manage the event within the complaint database according to the guidelines provided.
Provides a formal record of the issue, steps taken and expectations for resolution
