Position: Production Engineer
Location: Cebu (Onsite)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 35,000
Requirements
Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or any Engineering course
Experience in manufacturing or factory production operations
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety rules
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Supervise production operators and daily factory activities
Meet production schedules, efficiency targets, and quality standards
Track production costs and implement ways to save money
Lead process improvements, troubleshooting, and 5S cleanliness
Enforce safety rules and standard operating procedures
Investigate product defects and fix process issues
