Job Requirements:
Open for Filipino can speak, read and write Korean fluently
Open for Korean national who can speak English language
With at least 3 years experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
Amenable to work in Pampanga
Can work in shifting schedule
Can start to work on May 2026
Job Responsibilities:
As Korean Customer Care Specialists act as the main contact of Korean customers.
Conduct outbound calls to verify the information of customers and ensure its accurate
Assist the concern and complaints of Korean customers through call and email.
Identifying the cause or concern of the customers and provide resolutions.
Coordinate with the internal departments to make sure timely and accurate resolution of the issues
Ensure that all customer issues, resolutions and actions are recorded in the system timely.
Building a good relationship with customers.
