Position: IMPEX & Sales Assistant

Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
With at least 3 years of working experience as IMPEX Sales Assistant for Electronics Company.
Experience in monitoring and facilitating all Import, Export and Local Transactions.
Knowledge in PEZA-LOA, PEZA & BOC Forms, PEZA & Monitoring Ledgers, Bonds and any other related records.
Willing to work Full time at Main office in Laguna
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in monitoring and facilitating all Import, Export and Local Transactions.
Preparation of all necessary Documents and Permits for compliance to PEZA and BOC.
Coordination with Forwarders, Brokers, Shippers & Consignees on meeting required timelines and requirements.
Canvassing best rates and terms from Forwarders, Brokers & Surety Bond Suppliers.
Update & maintain internal databases and records of Shipment details
