POSITION：Italian Billing Analyst
SALARY: PHP 95,000 - PHP 100,000
WORK LOCATION: Pasay City
WORK SCHEDULED: Shifting
WORK SET UP: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS：
Filipino National proficient in Italian and English.
Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines.
Proficient in English communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of billing experience
Proficiency in Software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Salesforce.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
Issue monthly billing statements to corporate clients in compliance with company policies.
Review transaction data to identify, investigate, and correct billing variances.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to verify contract pricing terms.
Execute collections activities by phone and email for accounts past 30 days due.
Maintain organized, audit-ready digital archives of all invoices, receipts, and financial correspondence.
