Production Worker
PeopleReady of Plant City, FLis now hiring Production Workers! As a Production Worker, you will assemble and inspect products and ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15/ hour*
What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:
Assist in the production of concrete products, including mixing, pouring, forming, and finishing
Operate machinery such as mixers, forklifts, and production equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare molds and forms, including cleaning, assembling, and applying release agents
Monitor concrete consistency and ensure proper measurements and batching
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines
Assist with maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Previous experience in concrete, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
Able to be in a stationary position for up to 10 hours
Able to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs regularly
Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Work in outdoor and indoor environments, including exposure to dust and varying weather conditions
