Job Requirements:
⦿ German national currently residing in the Philippines
⦿ Open to both graduates and undergraduates
⦿ Customer service experience is preferred
⦿ Willing to attend a one-day onsite hiring process
⦿ Available to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
⦿ Contact customers before contract expiration to discuss renewal options.
⦿ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
⦿ Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contract conditions within company guidelines.
⦿ Maintain accurate customer records and renewal forecasts in CRM systems.
⦿ Stay informed about company products, services, and market trends.
