Position: Japanese HR Admin General Affairs

Salary Range: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 above ( Highly Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Days Off: Two days off per week (shift schedule; may include weekends)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Japanese
JLPT Passer and Non-Passer from N1 - N3 Level
Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate applicant.
Good communication skills in Japanese and English
Must have extensive experience in an HR role or General Admin tasks
Able to handle HR communication with different departments
Can work as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases, leave records, and personnel files in compliance with local labor regulations.
Coordinate orientation for new hires, prepare employment contracts, and manage exit clearance processes.
Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Help organize events, activities, and company guests.
Actively monitor workplace dynamics to identify and resolve operational or employee disputes before they impact productivity or morale.
