JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree ( undergraduates are welcome to apply)
At least 3 – 5 years of Sales Manager experience.
With an experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
Capable of working shifting schedules and fully work onsite.
Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communication.
Responsible for creating proposal for new client opportunities in marketing trends and technological developments.
Develop and establish marketing plans with specific objectives with different channels and segments.
Maintain measurement metrics and reports on marketing and sales activities daily.
Identify the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives with tracking analysis and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with the team to set and accomplish company objectives.
Other tasks as assigned.
