Smaksh Enterprises LTD. at 12481-69 Ave in Surrey, BC is hiring Janitorial Service Managers for full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
Monitor and assess operational performance.
Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities.
Develop, implement, and enforce staff policies and procedures.
Prepare and manage budgets while controlling inventory levels.
Coordinate and manage contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Must be available on weekends.
Minimum education required is completion of high school.
Minimum experience of 2 years or more as in janitorial service or similar services at supervisor/manager is required.
Terms:
Salary: $39.00/hr.
Language: Must be able to communicate in English.
Location of work: 12481-69 Ave in Surrey, BC and Work will be at various locations across Lower Mainland.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. 2 days off per week.
