JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
✨ Minimum of 8–10 years sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in leadership role.
✨ With background in AC or HVAC industry is an advantage.
✨ Can start as soon as possible.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Expand and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
✨ Regulate dealer and distributor networks nationwide.
✨ Handle sell-in and sell-out initiatives to drive market share growth.
✨ Execute sales performance and provide strategic insights and forecasts.
✨ Interface with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and activation.
✨ Building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
✨ Create new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
