Position: Japanese Leasing Agent

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 140,000
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JLPT N1 or N2 Passer or Non-Passer
Open to candidates without JLPT Certificate
Good communication skills in English is a big plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate agent or property specialist
Bachelor's degree or undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit and monitor the properties regularly.
Create competitors' analysis to find market trends and stay ahead.
Plan public relations and ads to launch new stores successfully.
Deal with Filipino and Japanese business partners to set lease rules.
Team up with other departments to post about our stores on social media and make sure our open locations do well.
