REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino National who is proficient in Thai Language.
Open for Thai nationals who are currently residing in the Philippines and outside the Philippines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4-7 years of experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management.
With a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with financial software like Oracle or SAP
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Travel Expense team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Provide Thai-English translation support for accounting-related documents.
Review and approve invoices, payments, and expense reports for accuracy and timely processing.
Manage month-end/year-end closing, audits, and handle escalations.
Train and mentor team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
