JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree | Undergraduate with solid experience
With more than 3 years of experience as a Sourcing Team Lead
Must be open to work on shifting schedules
Amenable to work onsite
Amenable to attend face to face interview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute candidate generation pipelines leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks.
Analyze industry trends, competitor mapping, and compensation shifts to refine candidate outreach campaigns.
Coach, mentor, and upscale Sourcing Specialists on advanced Boolean search strings, cold-outreach messaging, and talent profiling.
Spearhead talent attraction initiatives and build relationships with external campus networks and technical institutes.
Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
