REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
High school graduates and Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
Having experience in the casino industry is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or hospitality.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Assisting Mandarin-speaking customers and international guests, specifically Chinese nationals.
Process redemption of rewards, complimentary items, gifts, transportation, food and beverage vouchers, and room accommodations according to company guidelines.
Provides customer service and maintains a professional working relationship with patrons.
Ensures Chinese guest preferences are kept updated for ease of reference.
Keeps all VIP staff informed of all necessary information.
Develops new customers and maintains existing customers for Table Games.
Provides the most polite and comfortable assistance to guests
Assists Mandarin guests with game-related inquiries
