JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino with JLPT N1 and N2 Passers or equivalent
Open to Japanese National with Permanent visa
With working experiences as an IT Project Manager
With working experiences as a Business Manager or Sales Manager selling IT Software Products (B2B)
Proven experience in managing or mentoring a Team
Knowing how to do business politely according to Japanese business etiquette
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field
Open to work onsite in Makati
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a local sales team and act as the primary bridge between the global headquarters and Japanese corporate clients
Mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly income targets
Identify and prospect enterprise clients within Japan, and present tailored software and cloud solutions
Explain complex products in simple, valuable terms to the clients
Build long-term trust and a strong relationship with Japanese Business partners
Help international offices and Japanese offices communicate and work together smoothly
