Requirements:
Open for Korean nationals basic to conversationals in English
Open for Bachelor or undergraduate of any courses
With experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Can start to work as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Track how many customers are actively using a product or service.
Manage and validate customer data
Maintain the databases of products or subscriptions
Support sales and account management teams with data insights
Monitor renewals, expirations, and customers leaving
Create report show how many customers will renew or subscribe next quarter
