JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or any other related field.
✨ With 1-2 years of Experience in Accounting
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨ Amenable to work onsite
✨ Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage day-to-day accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), including verifying, allocating, and posting journal entries.
✨ Process payroll, manage petty cash, and prepare employee expense reports.
✨ Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and process statutory tax returns (e.g., BIR remittances if in the Philippines).
✨ Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and balance sheets to ensure data accuracy.
✨ Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
