Requirements:
Filipino nationals who can speak, read, and write in Vietnamese Language.
Open to Vietnamese nationals with a Permanent Resident Visa in the Philippines.
Open to high school graduates, undergraduates, and bachelor's degree holders.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist Vietnamese customers with order status, product information, returns, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints related to deliveries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track the delivery process, providing updates when necessary.
Accurately update customer records and transaction details in the system, particularly for Vietnamese-speaking customers.
