Position: Mandarin Healthcare & Medical Information Associate

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (Once a week, onsite)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese candidates with conversational Mandarin.
✅ Basic to conversational English communication skills.
✅ No experience required — Fresh Graduates are welcome!
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related fields (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology) is a strong plus.
✅ Background in Mandarin Pharmaceutical/Medical Support is an advantage, but comprehensive training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Address phone and email queries from Mandarin-speaking healthcare professionals and patients with speed and precision.
✅ Provide clear guidelines on medicine dosages, usage instructions, shelf life, and side effects.
✅ Educate and assist partners on the effective use of pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
✅Identify complex medical or technical concerns and route them to higher-level support.
