Production Manager in Calumpit Bulacan
Reports To: Senior Production Manager
Role Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality and delivery targets. This role drives team performance, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage production schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Lead and develop production teams through coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency projects.
Identify training and development needs to enhance team capability and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any Technical course.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in extrusion and/or injection processes is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP or similar manufacturing systems is preferred.
Willing to work onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan on a five-day workweek.
