Finance and Accounting Manager in Malate Manila upto 150k
IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: VP and General Manager
Monday to Friday work schedule
Must have experience working in a logistics / freight forwarding company
Preferably MBA grad

Primary Function
Oversees the Finance & Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Vice President & General Manager and President.
Key Responsibilities
Manage finance and accounting operations, policies, and procedures.
Supervise staff performance and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, payroll, financial reports, and company funds.
Coordinate audits and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and government reporting requirements.
Collaborate with other departments and represent the company in external financial matters.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
