REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
⭐ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
⭐ Open to undergraduates with relevant experience.
⭐ At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement and sourcing.
⭐ With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems.
⭐ Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
⭐Translate business requirements into actionable sourcing strategies by evaluating market dynamics and supplier landscapes.
⭐Oversee the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, quarterly reviews, and vendor development initiatives.
⭐Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
⭐Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations.
⭐Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.
