Requirements:
Filipino National can speak, read and write the Korean Language.
Must have a Bachelors degree in any course.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office and email).
Capable of building and maintaining good relationships with Korean clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales opportunities and achieve sales targets for logistics services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Korean clients.
Identify and develop new Korean accounts to expand the customer base.
Prepare sales quotations, reports, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with overseas affiliates and agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Follow up on customer concerns and outstanding payments while ensuring excellent customer service.
