REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who speak Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film Production, Lighting Design, Photography, Videography, or any related field.
✅Skilled in lighting setup and design for film production, live streaming, and gaming environments.
✅Familiar with PAGCOR regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
✅Has experience handling large-scale productions, eSports events, or virtual production projects.
✅Familiarity with cloud-based production systems and virtual platforms such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Oversee daily studio operations to ensure all productions run efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
✅ Develop, streamline, and optimize studio workflows, operational processes, and systems to maximize productivity.
✅ Manage studio budgeting, resource allocation, production scheduling, and cost-control initiatives.
✅ Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management to cross-functional studio and technical teams.
✅Lead the overall planning and execution of lighting design, camera work, and shooting setups across film, live streaming, gaming, and studio productions.
✅ Oversee production equipment inventory—including cameras, lighting, audio rigs, and post-production tools—ensuring regular maintenance, calibration, and upgrades.
✅ Direct and coordinate photographers, videographers, lighting technicians, and technical staff during live and recorded productions.
✅ Maintain full compliance across all studio operations and production outputs in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and gaming industry regulations.
