Position: Korean - Japanese Content Moderator

Salary: Php 90,000 Monthly (Negotiable)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (2 days off)

Requirements:
Open for Korean nationals can speak in English and Japanese language
Open for Bachelor or undergraduate
With experience in content moderation is an advantage
Experience in customer service is a plus
Willing to work in Quezon City and shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibility of Korean and Japanese Content Moderator:
Review Korean and Japanese text, images, and videos to ensure they follow community guidelines.
Identify and report sensitive or high-risk content with clear notes.
Work with other teams to make content review faster and better.
Keep up with current slang, internet trends, and culture nuances in Korea and Japan.
Sort and group large amounts of information accurately.
Create regular updates for managers about content trends and safety risks.
Help teach new team members how to follow safety policies.
Follow strict privacy rules to protect all user data
