Position: Japanese Customer Success Analyst
Company Industry: American HR consultancy Firm
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Work Location: Taguig
Work Set-up: Hybrid (4x onsite per month)
Work Schedule: Will follow APAC (Asia-Pacific) Time
Holidays: Japan Holiday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to both Filipino and Japanese nationals.
Open to N1 and N2 passers or non-passers
Proficient in speaking Japanese and English
Must be at least a business level of Japanese
College undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to plan, strategize and prioritize workload
With Customer Service Experience (Voice Calls)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Data management and reporting activities
Monitor databases to identify which Japanese client contracts are set to expire
Support team in renewals of contracts for existing clients
Handle administrative onboarding of new clients
Conduct interactions between company clients and vendors
Maintain the corporate clients' data to ensure the status of every Japanese contract is updated in real time.
