Provide, establish mise-en-place, preparing food and cleaning in respective areas.
Assist to ensure the department meets or exceeds its objectives; and the mission, policies, objectives and core values of the Company are embraced and promoted in the workplace.
Be on time to start duties as per duty roster set by Executive, F&B.
Provide daily checking of mise-en-place of all items and ensure maximum usage of raw material.
Prepare food according to menu.
Responsible for proper storage of food in respective areas.
Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety measures.
Maintain proper personal hygiene and appearance.
Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues.
Maintain the cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Assist in in-patients' food preparation in the kitchen.
Where required, attend meetings with departmental staff and other relevant staff to ensure smooth operation and implementation of departmental objectives and work together to achieve and maintain the hospitalís accreditation.
Minimum SPM or Certificate
Junior cooks at least 2 years experience.
Cooks at least 2-4 years experience.
