Manage and coordinate the Vision activities related to pre-sales support, system integration, customer support, application and development.
Drive continuous improvement in Vision process, concept and application.
Development of technical knowledge and efficiency of company Vision team members.
Ensure synchronization between Operations and business unit to guarantee the deliveries and improvements on the released vision products.
Collaboration with other engineering departments, Industrialization and Supply chain for new development and improvement of released products.
Ensure the deployment and application standard vision products as defined by Vision Product Manager.
Work with Sales and Service team to provide expertise support to the customer for post-sales activities.
Visit customers to promote company Vision solutions and understand new customer enquiries.
Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.
REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION :
Masterís degree (in engineering, business administration or business management) +4 years industrial experience in vision applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey information and ideas.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Knowledge of camera, optics and lighting.
Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
High passion in development and can effectively work with a team.
Creative, innovative, out of the box problem solving.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Willing to travel for about 30% of the time to supplier or customer (local/oversea).
