VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Service Desk Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Brief Description of expected tasks:
Respond to Emails
Process eService Request
Process incident tickets on IT Service Management system
Attempt First Call Resolution
Install Software remotely
Specifics of Skill Requirement (Versions)
Windows 7, 10
MS Office 2010/2016
ITIL V2, V3
Awareness of MS-365
Customer Care skills
Communication skills in English.
(Communication skills in Arabic is an added advantage)
Analytical skills; Positive and optimistic; Collaborative team spirit; care for quality over quantity
Basic skills on configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware;
Basic Knowledge about Network infrastructure;
Basic Knowledge about AD and Servers
Basic knowledge of ITIL
Relevant Experience - minimum 1 year
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
