Carry out effective sales and marketing plans set in line with the Company's business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profit targets
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Identify and meet new prospects, prepare of all requisite bids, quotation proposals and submission to secure projects
Responsible for project proposal including design, application, costing and ensuring timely submission of proposal to meet project requirements and to customer satisfaction
Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales, preferable in Plastic Packaging Industry
Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing business issues and supply chain
Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.
Good report and presentation skills.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation at short notice.
Good team player with strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Sales Allowance – RM750
Telephone bill – based on bill amount
Purchase of mobile phone – RM500 allowance 3years once
Note book provided
Quarterly sales bonus – determine by overall Company & individual performance (KPI)
Travelling claim i.e. toll, parking, meals & mileage if out of Melaka (?km x RM0.45)
Others – medical, dental, hospitalization insurance, uniform
Mandarin Chinese-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
