• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations.
• A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
• Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
• Initiative, fast learner and confident.
• Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in IPOH.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
