• To maintain Employees Master Records always and when required.
• To key in attendance records in excel sheet and calculate salary for direct workers, to be done monthly. To be done on a daily/weekly & monthly basis.
• To key in attendance records in excel sheet and calculate salary for drivers and operators, to be done monthly.
• To key in attendance record in excel sheet and calculate salary for (Bangladesh & Indonesian workers) to be done fortnightly.
• To key in attendance records in excel sheet and calculate for all sub contractors man power. To be done on a monthly basis.
• To update daily finger prints in excel sheet from sites.
• To manually prepare monthly summary for staff on EPF, Socso and PCB contributions.
• To handle, maintain record and file all processes on FOMEMA, permit, calling Visas, check out memos etc, to be done when needed.
• To always check and alert management on workers permit expiry dates and CIDB Cards. (1 month period)
• To update and maintain staff attendance records, annual leaves and MC records on a daily basis.
• To prepare appointments and confirmation letters when needed.
• To prepare workers salary advance on a monthly basis for Pengerang and Cheras Store.
• To liaise with Maxis on staff/workers mobile numbers for updating new numbers, change of packages etc, to be done when needed.
• To prepare asset agreement for staff/workers on handphones, simcards, cameras, laptops, walkie talkies, broadbands etc. to be done when needed.
• To follow up on staff/workers leave application till the entire process of approval is done. To be done when required.
• To key in, prepare and print staff/workers payslips.
• Every Saturday to organize and arrange for Saturday Breakfast for staff.
• To maintain all HR related records, organize and filing of all documents are done in an orderly manner.
• To maintain and issue excess card to new employee.
• To do vigilance finger print for new employees.
• To travel to Project Site when the need arises.
• To handle all immigration issues.
• To attend weekly, departmental meetings & record the minutes.
• To issue warning/memos to staff and workers when the need arises.
• To plan, organize and arrange breakfast, lunch and company trips for all staff and workers when needed.
• To update ERP System / or similar on a daily basic.
