Description:

Job Description:
• Conduct colour validation as per target set by supervisor
• Colour match and propose colour adjustment to recipe based on set guidelines (type and quantity of tinters to use for colour formulations)
• Provide feedback to supervisor on any colours that are unable to meet set criteria
• Prepare paper standard as per requirement
• Provide accurate colour recipe for supervisor’s verification and information recording
• Input accurate data into document and/or system
• Preparation of paint and tinters as required by supervisor
• Management of laboratory 5S and housekeeping
• Provide support on paint and related materials management involving receiving, recording and material disposal
• To assist in the Implementation of HSES initiatives with guidance from supervisor
• Adhere to all work safety procedure, laboratory procedure
• Maintain the housekeeping standard of laboratory

Job Requirements:
• Min SPM
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Words &/or Excel
• Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in related industry i.e. paint colour matching or printing ink colour matching
• Must have a good sense in colour matching (no colour blindness)
