We require employing a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Management team. This position will provide candidate with exposure to a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.
i. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
ii. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
iii. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
iv. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
v. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
vi. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
vii. Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
viii. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
ix. Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
x. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
xi. Ad-hoc related duties.
xii. Abide by the Company’s policies and procedures, particularly the Security Policy, Password Policy, and Company Acceptable Use Policy.
