Our client, a leading insurance group is looking for a Manager to manage their DevOps Process and Change Management. The firm is making a firmwide change with multiple transformation projects. It is a position to drive the overall transformation in a large organization.
Definite and optimize IT development process with the industrys best practices.
Execute the IT Governance and Controls across the IT teams.
Introduce and implement change management initiatives with new process and methodology, through workshops and trainings.
Communicate with all level of stakeholders, understand different changes requirements and implementation. Identify the resistance and gaps to adopt the change.
Build and Maintain appropriate Change Management model, roadmap, and framework.
Make practical advice on DevOps rollout and practices.
Provide recommendation on solutions to development teams for DevOps pipeline and toolkits.
Constantly review feedback from the organization to drive continuous improvement of the change programme.
Change Management and Transformation experience in an enterprise organization.
Around 10 years system development experience.
At least 1 years hands-on DevOps experience.
Experience in process design and control, IT governance etc.
Familiar with the DevOps space, ideally with AWS Certified DevOps engineering or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications.
Great stakeholders management skill to work all level of people.
COBIT is preferred.
Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
Language ability in Fluent English and Cantonese.
