Our client, a global financial institution globally are looking for a VIP Technical Support Engineer to join their technical services team. This role will be supporting their senior executives inside the firm. Great exposure working with some of the best people in the industry.
Provide high-level customer L1 IT support for Senior Executives and Board members
Provide high-quality technical support including desktop computers, software, mobile devices etc.
Manage regional video conferencing solutions including setup meeting, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Technical support including Mobile, VPN, and VDI.
Work with other technology teams for new technology solution setup and deployment.
Constantly evaluate the desktop service support model and enhance the service level with suggestions and change.
Experience in providing high-quality desktop, helpdesk or technical support in a professional service field.
Great experience in providing a high-quality end-user technology service.
Troubleshooting experience in Windows Desktop (XP/7/10), MS Office, Outlook, Blackberry, Apple, Virtual Desktop (Citrix), Mobile Solutions etc.
Experience with end user desktop technology project management including upgrade, implementation, and change.
Excellent customer service personality.
Excellent communications skill in English. You will be working in a global environment with mainly English speakers.
Bachelor Degree is highly preferred.
Travel may be required to provide executive level support.
