Our client, a rapidly growing Global IT Solutions Firm, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their infrastructure team. This role will be supporting their internal users and will have exposure to global end-user technology projects.
Provide Level 1 IT support to internal users, including, PC / Laptop / Phone / Printer hardware, Desktop & Business Applications, VC & mobile devices etc.
Respond to telephone / email / desk-side technical support enquiries, provide troubleshooting and resolution.
Work with global technology teams for new technology solution setup and deployment.
Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space.
Bachelor / Diploma or background in IT related discipline
1+ years of experience as an IT Support / Helpdesk or related area
Experience in supporting Windows (XP/7/10) and MAC OSX desktop, Active Directory / User Account maintenance, MS Office, E-mail platforms, Mobile Devices, basic Network connectivity troubleshooting etc.
Experience in end-user desktop technology projects
Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
Good customer service manner & mindset
Excellent communications skills in English. You will be working in a global environment with mainly English speakers
