● Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
● Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
● Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
● Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities
1. Staffing experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team required including the execution of talent searches.
2. 1-3 years of experience with at least 1 year in recruiting/staffing or sales
3. Expertise in advanced talent search techniques including Boolean, ATS sourcing tools and online niche resources.
4. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
5. Excellent analytical skills and consulting experience.
6. A focus on recruitment of technical skill sets.
