Duties would be to co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, supervise harvest operations, develop work schedules and establish procedures, maintain quality control and production records, may perform general farm duties. Minimum education is completion of high school. One year of experience in farm is required. Minimum work of 30-40 hours per week will be given. Salary of $21.50/hr will give.
