Job Title: Platform Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos State
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Platform Officer to manage and assist the sales team with administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless user experience and providing administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Investment booking and liquidation
· Issuance of letter on non-indebtedness
· Account opening on integrity
· POS request of integrity
· Payment holiday on integrity
· Alternate channel drive
· Loan liquidation
· Attending to walk in customers or existing, answering their enquiries on loans
· handling irate customers
· Cross selling of bank products Compilation of various reports daily reports, weekly reports & MPR
· Sending of loan files to Lagos
File management
Education and Experience
· Candidates with BSC qualification only.
· 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
· Clerical, administrative, sales or customer service experience preferred
· Knowledge of customer service principles
· Ability to use Microsoft Office products
