Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear guidance and effective support to ensure timely issue resolution.
Conduct follow-up communication with clients to verify that concerns have been fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Generate and analyze service reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process and service improvements.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer records across all required systems and platforms.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and contribute to overall service quality.
