Job Requirements:
Open for undergraduates
With at least 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service in a BPO Company
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to work fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective issue resolution.
Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure concerns are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Generate and analyze reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for service enhancement.
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems and platforms.
Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned to strengthen overall team performance and service quality.
