Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $24 / hour*
What you'll be doing as aInstaller:
Be onsite and on time each day as instructed by the crew foreman
Assist in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMP), floor foam, ceiling panels, doors, and windows
Assist with finish detail such as trim, spray foam, caulking, bondo and paint
Work side-by-side with your team, setting the standard for quality installation and construction
Take direction and communicate effectively with Lead man/Foreman based on job needs
Use of basic hand tools and power tools such as impact drill, caulk gun, sawsall, snips, etc
May be asked to operate equipment such as scissor lift, boom lift, skytrak, etc
Work and communicate effectively in a team environment with crew and crew of other trades
Able to coordinate your own travel dates and expenses

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years experience with insulated metal panel installation (Preferred), sheet metal, carpentry, or any other construction related field.
Sharp attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions as instructed by foreman, supervisor, or management.
Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools(impact drill, snips, saws, etc.).
OSHA 10 and/or 30 is a plus (Preferred).
Experience with operating heavy equipment, especially aerial lifts(boom lift, scissor lift, skytrak), is a plus. Please provide certification if you have it.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly when issues arise.
Willingness to travel nationwide for projects.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be okay working an average of 50 hours per week.
Must be okay with physical requirements(standing for long periods, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50+ lbs, working in heat, working in freezers/refrigerators, working at heights).
Must be willing to travel 75% of the time
Must be willing to work whole duration of job assignment
