Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $13 - $16 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Manager:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Supervise, coach, and schedule team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Provide strong customer service and set clear service expectations for the team
Handle inventory, ordering, and basic supply management
Manage opening and closing procedures and cash handling
Support hiring and training of new staff
Assist with guest questions and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Available shifts:
Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends
Job requirements:
Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and remain steady in a busy environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks
Reliable, professional, and able to work with limited supervision
